Improve integration with Sport Ngin League

if you use both League and Tourney, you currently have to re-enter the teams and rankings at the end of a season to run a postseason tournament. It should be possible to link the sites so that the teams could be quickly transferred and the season standings act like the initial pool round of a tournament, automatically feeding into the selected tournament structure.

This seems so obvious, I can't believe it's not a core function of the module.

Also having the games from the tournament show on the schedule page for each team and on the ticker for the league site would save double entry of every game.

Further, games added need to show up

in the app if you have paid for a league page.  We've spent all season telling parents to use the app and now that we get to tournament time, games won't show up, even when adding the team IDs to the tournament setup.

All in all, we are very disappointed with this module and its total lack of integration with the league functions. I've got a laundry list of issues but this lack of basic integration means we will likely not renew for next season.  Lots of potential to be great, but it's not.
