Would put a deadline when the RSVP would needed to be responded to. Players won't be able to edit their RSVP response past that date/time. If a team is wondering if they can attend a tournament 2 months from now, RSVPs would be locked in 1 month before going to the event. Would eliminate players from changing their RSVP after events are planned.
