CRM Capabilities

Right now, SE does not provide a way for a club to access all of their player and parent contact information.  In order to really manage our club participants, we need at least a lightweight CRM type capability built into the platform that is driven off of who is on a team and who is a parent of a player on a team.  Details need to at least include Names, player names, phones, emails, and address.

    I agree that this should be a basic function of the Mobile App. However, you can also create a private subpage under the team page and create a Survey Report. Then grant the roster (Or Group) access to that page. Another way would be to write a Post on the Team Page of all the contact info you'd like to share, which is visible on the Mobile App. I would suggest privatizing the Post section on the website however.

    THis is big in communicated pre-game/pre-practice time. 

     

    Imagine trying to call Jimmy's mom...you would wish that you could do this right from the roster spot...

    Agreed, our coaches need this information for their teams and we as a club need it for more effective communications as well.
