Need better error messages in GameChanger integration

I have just spent two weeks working with both SportsEngine and GameChanger support staff to try to figure out why one of my games will not sync between the two systems.  I have rescored the game 3 times (at an hour each) because the only information we can find is a message in the integration log that says "an error occurred".   While both support people have been very friendly and responsive, they are not able to offer me any help because they have no more information than I do.  So we make our best guess at what the problem is, then I re-score the game and we see if that worked.  After doing this 3 times, we still have no idea what is wrong, and I now have run out of patience to continue.   Our stats for the season will now be incomplete because this game will not be included.  

I can understand not showing the end user the nitty-gritty logging between the two systems, but it would be a great help if your support staff would be able to look somewhere and see why the error is being thrown.

    Unfortunately, GameChanger no longer allows 3rd party integrations with their application. Existing teams on the SportsEngine platform will sync games through Dec 31, 2017. After that, all integration functionality ceases.
