RSVP/Attendance in a downloadable format for forwarding

Coaches I work with do not want to bothered with logging in and trying to find out which players are coming to a practice or they want to look at a cumulative attendance record of players.   Creation of a attendance report for one game/practice or a cumulative report of team attendance would be helpful.

We have created a PDF format of the roster which can be used for check-in on the field now. The roster check-in form is available from our team management tools. Check out the attached sample

My club has over 130 wrestlers in it & using the app (RSVP) to check kids in at a meet just doesn't work. What we need is the RSVP list in a printable format (Excel), in alphabetical order (by Last name) & showing their status. It is crucial that we check kids in, & more importantly, that we know who isn't at the meet, so that we can eliminate all of our scratches & set up new matches prior to the start of the meet. I'm struggling to understand how such a simple function is not part of the mobile app, or even the Team Management system. Sports rosters are getting bigger & bigger & we need to have the ability to download the data into formats that are easier to work with.

Allowing a coach to take attendance (and then showing that report later) would be a nice addition.  It's nice that players can RSVP, but if they don't attend when they say they do, that's a problem that players should be held accountable for.

The coaches I work with don't want to bother logging into Sport Ngin nor do they really pay attention to the app.  When they want the info on attendance, they are requesting it at a glance over the span of, say, a month.  I can see it but trying to save the page as a PDF is a bit unwieldy and I have to edit it.   The ability to download the info would be a godsend.  It's a wishlist item that would help managers who don't want to deal with technology...

Hi there, How would creating a report eliminate the need to log in? To generate the report, someone would have to log in to generate it? As a side note, if your coaches are using the mobile app, all they have to do is click on the game or event and they can view the RSVP status right there—no need to go to a desktop.
