I uploaded all the games for the Spring 2018 season and the system sent out invites to every player on every roster. Last Fall it did not do this automatically. This needs to be a configurable setting. We as a club can not have every player invited to every team. The issue is compounded by the fact that if a player responds yes to a game they can not be removed from the invited roster. We need to track who was invited and who was not so simply marking them No is not good enough. The auto invite makes using the bulk upload for our club not an option. I hate to think about adding 200+ games to the site one at a time. Please make this a configurable setting so those clubs that like auto invites can use them and those of us that can not have auto invites can turn them off.
