More robust "sent email" reporting

We've all dealt with this - a parent or coach coming up to us and saying "we're not getting your emails" or "I never saw that email".

In my experience, 90% of the time it's either in their spam folder or their trash, or they are checking their gmail account when they signed their child up on SE using their Yahoo. Most of the time I can help them find it.

But there are some mysteries, and right now we are limited in looking in the sent messages for our groups...then looking in that group and finding the person. So we can infer that they got the email, but this idea centers around providing a single report for any given outgoing message.

WHAT I'D LIKE TO SEE:

A "Sent Email Report", which shows the date/time of the email, the subject, the body, and then 100% of the recipients, with name and email address sent to.

WHAT WE GET NOW:

See attached. Unless the recipient has a first name that starts with A, you can't truly see who got it.
