Private Pages: Create Smart Groups

We have private pages on the website for just our members. We would like the new feature to allow these private pages be controlled by  SmartGroup -- a list of whom can view view the page. This way, when people register they automatically get access to this page, without us having to go manually add their name.  Private pages is critical to  managing our membership and the info they receive.

You can add page permissions to any group or smart group. Here's the help article explaining. Note the video is showing how to add for a profile, the group permissions is just below that.

I am having trouble adding a smart group to a private page.  I want a Smart Group that has all registrations (parents emails).  I'm an admin on the website, and I can see the private pages but my wife's account cannot.  I just added her as a guardian to my child and she still cannot see anything (I would have thought the registration for the child picks up any guardian, even after they are added to the profile).

Hi Sean.  One of the SportsEngine teams is working on the functionality in the upcoming weeks.  So you should be seeing the ability to have a guardian see a private page in Sitebuilder surface shortly.
