Add "Non-Member" Status to the Member Directory

Give admins the ability to import or manually add names and email addresses to a site's Member Directory. These profiles would have the status of "Non-Member". Admins could then send messages to these profiles while giving the recipient the ability to "Become a Member" or unsubscribe. LeagueAthletics has this feature and even with their inferior CMS, this messaging feature has value and it would be great if SE added it. This is a way for orgs to get messages out to more people and recruit more members. The current import functionality does not allow us to send messages beyond the automated invite and so it's value is limited.

There are a couple of places to Add/Invite members. However if I add a member and invite a prospective member and they choose to not create a SE account I cannot remove them from the Member Directory in the People section. We need to be able to remove people who wish to be removed from the directory/contact list. Additionally when status are changed (active/inactive/pending/invite) we need the ability to locate and report on all these status. I have a family who was active in our league for several years and recently moved out of our area. I made the players inactive but now they don't show up in any of my searchable directories (other than the registrations they completed)
