Report Time and end time/length for games

It would be great to have a couple of fields added to the game schedule.

  • It would be really useful to have the time the players need to report as well as the time the game starts.  When viewing and subscribing to the calendar users should be able to select to see the game start time (for people just attending the game) or see the report time (for player/parents to get their on time).
  • Second would be to have a projected end time or expected length for the games.  This is just so when subscribing to the calendar through iCal it fills in the time blocks close to correct.

A new field exists that allow you to input the the arrival time for each event. Additionally, you can now enter an end time for a game just like you can for events.

We have used the Excel template to upload schedules into the web site. When adding games on the template, it provides a start and end time. By entering this information in the template, it loads and properly adds a start and end time to a GAME.

Unfortunately there is no way to manually enter this using the ADD GAME link. Simply adding the end date/time fields would help as subscribing to an iCal shows only the start time for games. Our parents would like "an approximate" end time to appear on their calendars.
