Adjust RSS feed to allow selecting by date range

I would like to be able to create an RSS feed using a combination of query parameters in the URL. Currently, we create something like this:

http://bedeaux.sportngin.com/news_rss_feed?tags=1169113%252C1171336%252C1171338%252C1171357%252C1171361%252C1171364%252C1172879%252C1172882%252C1232498%252C1309053%252C1309055%252C1309056%252C1309057%252C1309058%252C1309059%252C1309060%252C1309061%252C1309062%252C1309063%252C1309064%252C1309065%252C1309066%252C1309067%252C1309068%252C1309069%252C1309070%252C1309071%252C1309072%252C1309073%252C1309074%252C1309075%252C1309076%252C1309077%252C1309078%252C1309079%252C1309080%252C1309081%252C1309082%252C1309083%252C1309084%252C1309085%252C1309086%252C1309087%252C1309088%252C1309089%252C1309090%252C1319733%252C1333379%252C1333481%252C1363051%252C1497766%252C1497771%252C1497774%252C1497802%252C1497843

which is each page node that we want to see a feed for.

Instead, allow me to create an RSS feed using the following examples

  • http://bedeaux.sportnging.com/event_rss_feed?Date=Next30&Count=100

Items which should be variable are

  • Next X Days
  • Date Range (StartDate/EndDate)
  • Count
  • SiteID (if not included, then current only)
  • Robert Bedeaux
  • Feb 4 2015
  • Shipped
  • Attach files
