Add CSS Option to Templates

As an admin, I want to be able to inject Custom CSS into my template pages. In the template, below the 'Edit Template Settings,' add another option called Custom CSS. This would open a window which would allow the user to add CSS which would only be loaded on the pages that are associated with that template. It would work in conjunction with the Custom CSS Class found on each element.

Agree not having this capability is really frustrating and turns the whole concept of CSS on its head.  Without being able to inject CSS into templates, I am forced to update the CSS on every individual page manually.

I have a footer template in use on 50 site pages. It's simply not reasonable to expect user to inject CSS into the page header of every page on a site in order to produce consistent design.
