Improvements in internal systems related to a customer purchasing a WSN Extra subscription and getting properly placed in the correct Smart Group.

There are at least 3-5 instances every month of customers successfully purchasing a subscription and yet they don’t end up in the Smart Group. The current workaround is that if we are notified of this, we go to the Smart Group and click the Edit button, then Save it. This will force the system to add them (usually). However, this ends up being a negative customer interaction and an unnecessary use of time by our staff.
