It would make it very helpful if the registrar of the site could adjust a balance or add a payment to a particular account. For example, we often have fundraising or scholarships that are placed to individual accounts. The ability to adjust, lets say, a monthly balance to account for fund received would make it much more convenient for all. As it is now we have to cancel a payment or two and then collect a check from the registered player/person to make up the balance. This now creates the need to have two separate accounting documents to track all activities.
