Customers who have changes of plans in a camp, class or clinic setting will often look to move to another program. There is no way of doing this in SportsEngine currently without refunding the person and making them register again in the new program, and/or having the admin manually re-enter all of the information (which does not move the revenue from one program to the next and makes accurate tracking difficult).
This seems like an easy ask - and one that other database providers (such as LeagueApps) does with ease. It's incredibly unfortunate that SportsEngine can not do this and will impact our ability to remain with the company moving forward. It's both time consuming and unfriendly to the customer.
