Improved On-Boarding Process & User Management

SporstEngine is a wonderful management system for sports team or

organizations. However, the on-boarding process is a joke. It causes

Confusion, accounts that are not properly connected and there is

No easy way to make a fix how members are related to each other.

 

I just registered for Zoom Yesterday.  Their onboarding process was

Quick, easy and easy to manage.

 

I outlined my findings and hope that Sports Engine will incorporate

This more modern and improved method of onboarding members.

 

So tired of hearing customer complaints

    Totally concur!   I had never heard of Zoom until today.  That looks fantastic.  One thing I have been playing around with is the SE Registration form and how to get the Player Profile to look like Zoom does with Player first, then Parent1, then Parent 2.  Attached is what I came up with.  All SE needs to do is to add two more SE Profile Questions Email3 and Phone 3 and then You would have all three right in the Player Profile.   And if SE can automatically toggle email and phone ON for each of these three saying you opt in to text and emails, then they can later turn those off if they want to.
