Have better Testing of Registration forms during creation

As an Admin or Board Member, I would like to be able to better test our registration forms before releasing the forms out into the wild.

During Creation of the form there is only "Edit Mode" and "Review Mode".   There needs to be a "Test Mode"... and here I'm not talking about "User Mode".   "User Mode" only shows up once your are not in the  "Under Construction State."   Not to mention that the conditionals statements aren't really tested through the "Review Mode".   As a software engineer, conditional statements usually require some form of extra testing to make sure you are hitting your conditionals properly.

One of the biggest difficulty are testing the forms.  Yeah, I could create another email account, but then I would have to sign out, and sign back in... and that's a pain in the a!!!    I would rather hit a button to flip back and forth (design, test, go back an fix, re-test)

To add again.... There's no easy way to test the conditional statements in "Review" Mode.  In fact "review" mode ignores the conditional statements?

As a user, how do I know my "if" statement (for you fellow software engineers and programmers) is logically correct if I can't test it in review mode?

To add again, the only way to test it, is to enable the form.  But if I need to change variables in the form, It seems like I'm screwed as now I can't change information.

To add, most of our registrations error and mishaps are due to bad registration forms.  It'd be good to test this upfront.  I really don't care if it is stored in the database... I just want to test forms as the user would see it.  (Especially as an Admin)
