We have seen multiple instances of duplicate registrations in our list. In talking to SE help, it sounds like this may be a problem where someone starts filling out a registration, leaves (or is logged out or something), then comes back to finish the registration. This ends up with duplicate entries in our registration.
This causes a few headaches:
1) Obviously the duplicate
2) They may not have gone thru the registration form far enough where they can select the division they want to play at. So this shows up as say "T-ball" (for example), but really wanted the next level up.
3) It's a finance nightmare. It's hard to decipher if they paid twice or not? It takes alot of effort to determine if there was a double charge on their account or not.
