PowerPay Integration

The addition pf PowerPay is great. It was a needed solution. However lacking the ability to connect PowerPay to the actual registration you are billing for is a missed opportunity.

We need to be able to reconcile (automatically) and connect missed payments from registration sessions to PowerPay payments that are made.

Trying to match the PowerPay payments to the Registrations or Items that you billed for is tedious.

I understand there are times where PowerPay can be used for billing for NON Registration items, but the ability to connect a payment (order) to a Entry is important.

Absolutely! For families who experience a cash flow problem we sometimes cancel the remaining installment payments created at registration and then use PowerPay to invoice the balance of team fees on a different schedule. We need to be able to associate PowerPay payments (and processing fees) with registrations and see them included on the financial reports too.

Completely agree. PowerPay needs to have some tieback with the registration. We utilized PowerPay to capture member commitment fees due to the regular season registration site not being created in time (our fault). However, this caused us to continually bounce back and forth between registrations and PowerPay, doing "Mass Edit" on a field created for "Paid Commitment Fee" to ensure our records were accurate.
