Add clearer instructions for new account creation

Since migrating to this system, we have had several users create their new user account main profile under the child's name instead of the parent name.  As such, support has needed to help fix these issues.  If there could be clearer instruction on the sign up page directing the new user account to be created for the owner/parent of the account that would alleviate this issue totally.

    If you need both the child's record (team roster) and parent's record (coach, manager, webmaster), and they use the same email address, apparently you have one shot during registration to get this right and there's no way to fix/add it later.

    Multiple profiles under one account seem to work well enough, but we need tools to manage/correct them.

    Hi Kay - we've just released some updates to the account creation workflow.  Have you seen any improvements with these issues?
