Notification Badge on Mobile Devices

I know this applies to Apple devices (iOS) and Android but to have the ability to display your chat notification count on your phone's home screen similar to how it works for email, text messages, etc. See attached example.

In iOS version 5.18.1 we’ve added badging to the app icon for all of your unread chat messages. Now you’ll never miss important messages from your team!

I can't get the badge to disappear even after reading the entire chat thread.  How do you designate all chat messages as read? iOS 12.0.1. SE 5.18.1

@Tim, sorry for the trouble. Hopefully I can help here, but we may need more info at semobile@sportsengine.com. First, try opening the chat channel and scrolling up a couple screens to see past messages, then scroll back to the most recent message. Close the channel and see if this clears the notification badge. If this doesn't work, please log out of the app and back in to reregister your user and try opening the chat channel one more time. If you continue to see this, please send me a note at the email above and I will get this assigned to an engineer for resolution. Thank you! -Mark
