When a practice or game update is made in SE app, the email should say in title what the update is (i.e game/practice cancelled, Date/time change etc..)Right now you have to click on the link and it takes you to the team center where it will state "cancelled " in red for example. This is not apparent to customers that the event has been cancelled, it just says updated. It would be nice to have the information in the title of the email vs. having to click again to see what has been updated, how do you know what has been updated? Another common email from SE is “don’t forget your upcoming event” . this is not descriptive and you have to open email to see what event.
