We have multiple teams (more than 20) and when our director and myself are trying to use the app it is terribly slow and we cannot even use the app productively. This is our 3rd year I believe and we have always had this issue. Even when connected to home WiFi with a solid connection. When we are out the app is essentially useless.
I don't think parents or our coaches have as big of an issue but for the director and I use are attached to 20+ teams it can take 5-10 minutes to even populate the Team list. Then to click on a Team we have to wait another 5-10 minutes. It eats our batteries. What advice is there? I asked Support and they told me to post something here...
