Always CC household account with email and/or text when a sub-account is sent a message

Currently, I have 2 boys on a team.  My email and text are listed in the household account and their sub-accounts are rostered to the same team.  When a message is sent to the team, I only get the message in my SE inbox.  I was told that I need to add my email address to their sub-account's profiles.  This works, but it doesn't allow me to add additional phone numbers to the sub-accounts.
