We would like the ability to take summer payments and apply credits to player accounts for future seasons should summer have to get cancelled because of COVID-19. We are litterally shopping other platforms because SportsEngine does not allow us to have player credits stored in the sytem. I do understand the work around with coupon codes but do not like that solution.

Not to mention, if we were to issue a One-time discount code for a fixed amount, it would be completely used up.
For example, if we issue a one-time discount code for $100, but the price of a registration is $40. Then, in-theory, $60 would be left on the code. Such is not the case here. The entire code would be used up, and that $60 is gone.

To add... issuing a One Time Discount Code for 300 families is messy.
We are more worried about them giving the code to another family. Or a mix up in issuing the discount code (i.e discount code is stolen and the family disputes that the never got one. Or the family lies and says the never got one, and has a second one issued).

Yes!!!!!! We are exploring this for COVID-19 problems as well.
We would like this for baseball. Unfortunately, the way we found the ability to do it was with a "One Time Discount Code" for a registration. We would actually like for the ability to issue credits (instead of a refund) to their sports engine account to be used for anything associated with our league (whether it be registrations, invoices, etc).
It must be associated with our league. We do not want the families going to another league with the credits or to another sport with the credits.
