On the accounting side, it is a nighmare to track daily deposits for each active form. Just in the month of August, I had over 42 daily deposits to manually record in Quickbooks and that could be a light month for our Booster Club. I work with 3 other financial payment vendors and they allow for you to select your deposit settings - weekly, bi-weekly, etc. I have to breakdown within each deposit what the money is used for to maintain our 501c3 status. Please HELP!!!
