Name, email address and phone number should auto-populate from profile when a member claims a dibs item

If a member is logged in and claiming a dibs item, the form should auto-populate their information for them and not make them type info that is already in their profile.  By not having the form auto-populate from their profile it introduces user error/typos in key information. 

In addition, the name, phone number and email address should auto-populate when I as an administrator assign a dibs session to a member.

    the choice of making the person log in to claim a dibs item should mean that their information will auto populate. If that is not the choice the team makes then I understand not having auto population but if the fgroup has chosen to have people log in to claim Dibs then it should auto populate in my honest opinion.
