Along the member directory tab, there could be an option to have a filter/list for all the members on all of the hours completed on Dibs.
I can't believe we went a whole season with 150+ families using DIBS, only to learn that there is no reporting for reconciliation. It will take another season just to settle hours and get proper fees assessed. I don't even want to think about if an error is made due to the manual process. It's a database! To have no reporting functionality makes no sense!
This seems a no brainer must have. Nearly impossible to ensure people are fulfilling their responsibilities without it
We really need an easier way to access the completed hours in a report form so we can manage a large group of volunteer hours completed. With a small group it wouldnt be such a big deal but when you have over 300 dib items, tracking those per family is difficult. We need some kind of report that will allow us to filter those by family.
This would be Awesome! it would allow me to email just the members that have completed their volunteer hours as a separate group.
