Giving admins the ability to assign people to specific DIBs would be useful. Periodically we need to assign people to tasks or edit them after the fact (Shift Swap, no show replacement...etc). Or sometime we need to apply them to a task after the fact,
For example, we had several people help hand out equipment that did sign up via DIBS, but now we need to provide them credit. We have had events were needed a lot volunteers and not sure how many, versus creating a ton of extra shifts, we could have them all sign in that they attended and the Admin could create the DIBS item and assign each person after the fact to make sure they all get their credit.
