Add notification when a Bill is paid

Add the ability to associate user(s) who get notified when a bill is paid or partially paid. Currently, we have to go to PowerPay and sift through records to figure out who is making progress on their bills.

Allow for multiple registration types

It would be useful to allow for the following types of registrations for users: Player, Coach, Team Manager and Parent (family). Having these different categories would allow for easier administration and setting up permissions based on the category
