Add an Owner for each Dibs item

Currently, there is no way to assign the dib "coordinator" to a dib item (the contact or questions person).

As a user, I should be able to go into the admin area and run a validation against all the iFrame links on my site to make sure they are valid. I should get a report back which states the status of each link and let's me click through to each page...

As a designer, I would like to be able to attach CSS to a specific element and allow the user to select various CSS representations of an element when they place it on the page.

Allow private pages to be included in Page Search

As an admin, I would like to be able to include private pages in the page search function. If a user didn't have access to that particular page, they would be prompted to login if they weren't already logged in. If they were logged in and they did...
