Polling feature

Please give us a polling feature. We try to keep team chat to a minimum so relevant info is easy to see. But, currently if I ask a question, I have 17 responses. A polling feature would make this much neater and much more efficient. Thank you!

As an admin, I would like to send a text message or email to all active rosters in my organization. Right now, I have to go into each team in TeamCenter and send out the message (if i want it also to be delivered by text)
