Repeating calendar type: Occurrence of day of month (i.e. 2nd Tuesday of month)

For calendar events, add the ability to create recurring events based on occurrence of day in the month. Many leagues & clubs, hold a meeting the same day of the month (i.e. 2nd Tuesday of the Month). Can this be added as a recurring type?

Repeat an event on annual basis

When adding an event to a calendar, there are option for repeating dates which expedite the data entry. Please add "annual" repetition for the day and also by date. Many events are always on the last weekend of. . . or the third Wed of . . .
