Resend a previously sent message

Circumstances occur in which I'd like to resend a message from the site, perhaps a reminder of a previously communicated topic. It would be nice if we could pull up and resend previously sent message rather than composing it for a second time.

Resend previously sent emails

As an admin I send out the emails quite frequently as reminders. Some are to a whole list and some are only partial. I need a way to send a previous email again without having to retype and reattach everything.
