Can't Unfollow "My Teams" on the Sport Ngin Mobile App

I have teams listed under "My Teams" that are from past years or even from team pages that have been deleted. I've also heard from many other coaches that they're old teams are now appearing under "My Teams" and we cannot unfollow those teams.

Ability to change color of main menu bar on Itasca theme

Instead of only having the almost black, transparent main menu bar on Itasca, clients should be able to change the color to better brand and design their website.

Allow centering of icons in Social Media Links page element.

There are times when left justified icons looks fine, but I've kept myself from using the Social Media Links page element several times because without being centered they throw off the page's look.
