Allow "Current Season" Tag for League/Division/Team in Page Elements

For each league and division we have elements on the pages for the current season's news, events, schedule, standings, and team buttons. Every season we have to edit the elements on each page to select the current season's instances of the league...

Set the default image for roster play based on team gender

Currently, the default image for a roster player is a male. Since we now define down to the team level the gender of the team, set the image based on that selection.
