Allow Admins to send Newsletters

Having a admin with the rights of Webmaster might be a bit much. Would be nice to have an admin level or even an "email and newsletter" permission to choose.

Field Location

using Add Game feature, Google api is used to autofill field location, which is great. Except that it doesn't also fill in the location url, so on schedule/game list, the field name is there, but not linkable anywhere.

List of Fields/Venues that can then be used in drop down when scheduling games - as well as used to create Field pages with extra directions/instructions for the field. This can't be entered every time for every game!
